So you're feeling a little tickle in the back of your throat? Before you rush off and demand a coronavirus test - which you can't actually demand by the way - first do a quick check of your symptoms to see what it might be. The symptoms are very distinctive:
Coronavirus presents with fever, cough and shortness of breath - if you walk into urgent care or the ER and don't have all three symptoms or confirmed exposure, then you probably won't be tested for coronavirus.
Also, remember that if you do have symptoms of the flu or coronavirus, call your primary care provider before rushing off to the ER, they should be able to provide you with guidance on what to do and where to go.
