COVID Vaccine

We offer the COVID Vaccine at
Central Ave Pharmacy!

Per NYS guidelines, at the pharmacy we are able to vaccinate anyone age 5 years or older.

We are currently accepting walk-ins or scheduling appointments for Monday-Friday between 10AM and 5PM.  We will be administering the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Ages 5-17 can receive Pfizer only, ages 18+ can receive any vaccine.

Since we are still actively testing for COVID within the store, COVID Vaccinations will be given at our off-site clinic located just two doors down at 73 Central Ave. When you arrive DO NOT enter the store, call us at 518-621-7748 and we will come to you.

Please use the form below to schedule your vaccine.

The Vaccine is FREE regardless of insurance!

If you have any issues using the form below or simply would just like to make the appointment by phone rather than online, give us a call at 518-621-7748.
